It’s no longer an out-of-the-box idea to make use of food and other organic items as candleholders. For quite some time now, people have been using nutshells, orange rinds, twigs and other organic items as holders for candles. But this one is something that you’ve never seen yet. This idea from the Gardening Cook makes use of colorful Indian corns.
To make this, you have to start with the candle. Melt candle wax in a pot. Pour it onto a mold. Insert the wick and wait for the wax to harden. Then remove the formed candle carefully from the mold. Surround it with Indian corns and tie a string around to hold it together.
